A love story staged in failed construction. Two materials that will never truly bond in a vintage frame that will never really keep them in place and bound by a rope that could never actually keep them together.
Concrete suggests durability. The frame suggests preservation. The rope suggests trust. None of them are fully capable of what they imply.
The aphorism & title is a plea disguised as a demand.An anxious last minute demand and a silly request;as if reaching forever itself was possible,or if when you reached it you would’ve gotten somewhere...Many wounds do not heal but fester over time...
